    Situated in the picturesque Robertsvlei Valley this is a must for any fly fisherman, beginner or advanced. The fly fishing club has moved and is now on the La Roche Estate, Franschoek.
    Types of fish - Rainbow, American Steelhead, Brown Trout, Small Mouthed Bass & Sunfish.

    There is tuition available at the clinic, equipment can also be hired.

    This trout hideaway in the Cape Winelands is situated on the banks of the Holsloot River which is regarded as one of the best dry fly venues in the country. There are many other activities and accommodation available. NOTE - Currently their are NO FISHING ONLY DAY PERMITS available. ie -Accomodation & Fishing only. Also, you must take ALL of your own equipment.

    Situated near Stellenbosch, in the Jonkershoek Valley surrounded by mountains is the oldest Trout hatchery in South Africa. It has nine Trout Dams and is excellent for both novice and experienced fly fishermen. All equipment can be hired and tuition is available. Open 7 days.

    Rated as one of South Africa's top locations for Large Mouth Bass . Known for it's Large and Small Mouth Black Bass this dam also has Trout and Carp.Due to the sheer size of the dam it makes the perfect location for populating Large Mouth Bass. The Bass here are of the Florida Bass strain and due to the size of the dam they can gow to become quite large.

    LOCATION - In the Helderberg Mountains, the dam is nestled between the towns of Franshoek and Villersdorp. Around 90 mins out of Cape Town.
